UI/UX Designer

About this role

Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Figma & Framer) Location: NSTP, H-12, Islamabad (NUST) Company: Salik Labs Timings: 12PM to 9PM Experience Required: 2–3 Years About the Role We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience who is passionate about designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and founders to translate ideas into beautifully crafted interfaces and functional prototypes. Experience in both Figma and Framer is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
• Build and publish responsive websites and landing pages using Framer
• Translate product requirements into thoughtful design solutions
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and component libraries
• Conduct basic UX research and usability testing when needed
• Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and user insights

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Hands-on experience building real websites in Framer
• Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX and live projects
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
