The rules and standards governing platform access for candidates and employers.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Crucible Careers ("Crucible", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our recruitment platform, website, or associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you access the Platform on behalf of an employer or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Account Registration & User Roles

Crucible Careers provides services tailored for both job seekers ("Talent") and hiring organizations ("Employers"):

Talent Accounts

You must provide accurate identity and credential information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Company Workspaces

Company accounts represent shared corporate workspaces. Admins and recruiters must use verified domain emails and manage internal permissions responsibly.

3. Acceptable Use & Conduct

You agree to use Crucible Careers strictly for legitimate hiring and career opportunity discovery. You shall not:

Post fraudulent, misleading, or discriminatory job openings or candidate profiles.
Scrape, extract, or mine candidate profiles or employer information without explicit permission.
Attempt to breach role security, access unauthorized workspace data, or interfere with system uptime.
Send unsolicited spam or automated broadcast messages to candidates or employers.

4. Job Postings & Applications

Crucible Careers facilitates hiring connections between verified companies and skilled talent:

Employer Responsibilities: Employers are responsible for job posting accuracy, fair hiring compliance, and employment offers.
Candidate Submissions: Talent users retain ownership of their resumes and applications submitted through the Platform.
Venue Facilitation: Crucible Careers acts as a software venue and does not guarantee specific hiring outcomes.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, visual layout, logos, designs, and brand elements of Crucible Careers remain the exclusive property of Crucible Careers.

Users retain ownership of their submitted content (resumes, company descriptions). By submitting content, you grant Crucible a non-exclusive license to host and process that data to deliver Platform services.

6. Limitation of Liability & Termination

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crucible Careers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from Platform usage.
