We process your information exclusively to power our recruitment platform and deliver authentic connections between candidates and employers:

  • Matching & Discovery: Connecting candidates with relevant job opportunities and enabling employers to evaluate candidate profiles.
  • Platform Communication: Facilitating candidate applications, status updates, and direct recruiter messages within Crucible.
  • Security & Workspace Isolation: Verifying domain authenticity, enforcing role-based permissions, and detecting unauthorized access.
  • Platform Reliability: Improving system performance, user flows, and interface responsiveness.

3. Data Sharing & Workspace Boundaries

We respect your privacy and enforce strict data boundaries across individual accounts and company workspaces:

No Sale of Personal Data

Crucible Careers does not sell, rent, or trade personal candidate data or resumes to third-party ad networks or brokers under any circumstances.

Information is only shared under specific operational conditions:

  • Application Submissions: When a candidate applies for a job, their profile and resume are made available to that specific employer.
  • Company Workspaces: Recruiter evaluation notes and applications are shared within authorized team members of an employer organization.
  • Essential Infrastructure: Secure hosting (Supabase) and transactional email providers (Resend) bound by strict confidentiality.
